Interstate DIY Epoxy Coating - 1 Gallon Kit Covers 220 Square Feet

Interstate Products DIY epoxy coating is a two component, solvent based epoxy coating for concrete. PC-211 is designed to be used as a primer or finish coat. PC-211 provides excellent resistance to a wide range of industrial chemicals

PRODUCT USES:
Recommended as a finish coat on concrete floors in warehouses, tank pads, production areas, garages, and shop floors. Recommended as a primer under epoxies, polyurethanes and polyaspartics.

PRODUCT FEATURES:
• Good chemical, abrasion, and impact resistance.
• USDA Approvable.
• Outstanding adhesion and “wetting out” properties.
• Available in wide range of colors.
• Very low permeability-tight sealed film.
• Self-priming on concrete and steel.
• Used as a primer and/or finish coat.

DIY Epoxy Coating Specifications:
Finish: Gloss
Volume Solids: 55%
V.O.C.: 390 GMS/L
Recommended Dry Film Thickness: 3-4 mils DFT @ 220-290 sq. ft. per gal.
Mixing Ratio: 1:1 by volume. Mix 1 parts Base (Part A) to 1 part Hardener (Part B)
Induction Time: 15 min.
Pot Life: 4-5 hrs. @ 75°F
Application: Spray, Brush or Roller
Application Temp: 45° – 120°F
Min. Recoat Time: 4-6 hours @ 75°F

Interstate DIY Polyurethane Top Coat - 1.5 Gallon Kit Covers 450 Square Feet

Interstate Products DIY polyurethane top coat is a two component polyester aliphatic isocyanate polyurethane coating. This special CRU formulation is used to impart the highest chemical resistance, gloss and color retention of a polyurethane coating, yet retain the outstanding tough, abrasive resistant film which provides excellent exterior durability, chalk resistance, color stability and long term gloss retention. Ideal as a topcoat for concrete surfaces and steel structures.

PRODUCT USES:
Recommended as a topcoat for warehouse floors, production floor areas, aircraft hangar floors, laboratories, firehouse floors, auto service centers, structural steel, tanks, vessels, water tanks, etc., in chemical processing plants, pulp and paper mills, sewage and waste water treatment facilities, fertilizer plants, petroleum refineries, power plants, amusement parks, coal handling operations, marine installations, etc.

Recommended Dry Film Thickness: 2-3 dry mils per coat @ 321-481 sq. ft. per gallon

Application: Mohair roller, spray, roll
Application Temp: 50°F – 100°F
